SAUERKRAUT AND KIMCHI MAKING: FERMENTING VEGETABLES -

28 days in September and October

Volunteers welcome. For twenty eight days each fall we turn vegetable and salt into sauerkraut and Vermont style kimchi. Volunteer work day goes from 9:00am until 3:00pm with a midday meal of farm grown food. Call for more information and to sign up 802-933-7752.
