OUR FERMENTED VEGETABLES are made using traditional methods. They consist of only salt (no vinegar) and raw organic vegetables. The vegetables are harvested and made into our products: sauerkraut, kimchi, and a daikon ginger relish. They are made from organic, biodynamic vegetables (ginger from Hawaii) and Celtic seasalt. Sold in natural food stores in central and northern Vermont and at the farm.
