Fermented Vegetables

OUR FERMENTED VEGETABLES are made using traditional methods. They consist of only salt (no vinegar) and raw organic vegetables, most grown here on the farm. The vegetables are harvested and made into our three famous products during September and October.

The ferments are made from organic ingredients, VOF certified, and Celtic seasalt. 

Sold in natural food stores in central and northern Vermont and at the farm.
